Ultram and Tylenol questions?

I took 1 500 mg of Tylenol around 6 pm tonight because of my teeth pain. Well it is nearly 12:30 where i live at and my teeth are at it again. Would I be ok to take 1-2 ultram's ( that is what the prescription says that i can take 1-2 as needed for pain). They are 50mg a piece. I know you can take tylenol every 4-6 hours. And it has been 6 hours since i took the Tylenol so would i be ok to take the ultram

there should be a warning label on your Ultram telling you whether or not you can take it with acetamenaphin (tylenol)

It says that Ultram contains acetamenaphin, so I would say do Not take them together

Do not excede the recommended dose
