O.K. here it is, the gist of the matter. A Maryland magazine did some research on this a couple of years ago, it was an article in better homes I think. They purchased a medicine from a company that was supposedly located in Canada. The prescription went to Canada but, then was forwarded to a Southern supply house. From there it went by P.C. to a Mexico pharmaceutical house after a physician, retired had his stamp and number put on it. His stamp was used for a price, he was retired and never saw any of the prescriptions. His name was used on as numerous as three thousand prescriptions a day, believe that. Then the prescription was sent to a Laos (yes, Laos) company that had commerce going with the Mexican company and it was then filled and sent to Canada with many others in one container, the Canada company repacked the drug in their container and wrapper for delivery. The drug was tested by a U.S. drug firm, some of the pills were very under the drug asked for, they contained powder sugar, arsenic, some had Sugar in them but there wasn't any that met the U.S.D.A. laws. If you speak with a supply pharmacy and receive there assurance and know this is what your buying, stay away or take your chances. And, by the way, the Laos company had women that sat at tables and filled capsules by hand with a teaspoon all day, some were different drugs but filled with the same substance. They didn't know what they were doing.
