I'm on two different types of mood stabilizers correct now (lamictal and Invega) as well as Melatonin at night. Whether I were to begin taking diet pills, would they not work as well (or at all) because of my other medication? As in mixing together in the wrong way?
I know a lot of people think that diet pills don't work. Well, the kind I want to take worked for my friend because she had the correct diet and exercise. I have a good diet and exercise plan that I've been using so I want to see whether these pills help at all.
Diet pills don't work and they're a waste of money. Most aren't even Fda approved. Diet pills suppress your appetite, and pump you full of caffeine causing your heart to pound. The caffeine will make it harder for you to sleep at night. The best way to lose weight is through healthy diet and exercise. Eat only lean meats, whole grain breads and noodles, fruits, and vegetables. Replace all snack foods with fruit. Eat between 1,200 and 1,500 calories daily. Exercise for 1 hour a day, you will lose weight. You don't need a fancy gym membership, even if you just go buy a beginning Yoga or Pilates Dvd at Walmart for $10, it will do you wonders. In my opinion, Pilates is the best way to exercise to lose weight, but it is tough work. Everyone can do Yoga or Pilates, its an adaptable exercise that you start at your own level and keep working up to the harder things. You'll be amazed at what you can do.
