Ed due to cycling treated by Cialis?

i had developed Ed after cycling on a narrow saddle for long hours. my urologist treated with cialis, after using one tablet on alternate days for 3 months i feel my Ed has subsided and i have discontinued the usage, till i tried it out of curiosity last night. i had a better than steady erection but just not like the ones i had when i used the medicine for the first time. does that intend that cialis is not very effective with people who have normal erections?
