ok, about a month ago i got very sick and the doctors didnt know what i had it lasted a complete of about 12-14 days but the last few days i was getting better i never really got diagnosed because it came to the point where the doctors just gave me a really strong antibiotic which would cure everything. first they gave me Zithromax which didnt work, then they gave me Levaquin which did work. here are my symptoms.

1. Fever- it started very severe and the second day i was sick it went up to 104.4 F, i had to take 3 Advil pills every 6 hours to somewhat control it. a weird thing approximately the fever is that in late morning to midday it usually went absent or went down and then it came back severly in the afternoon and night. 2. headache- might have been from the fever and wasnt too severe.
3. neck stiffness- happened ot me about 4 days after i got sick but went away later on.
4. some nausea- probably caused by Advil or cough syrup or the antibiotic
5. dry cough- started gentle but towards the end got extremely severe to the point where it was my worst symptom
6. constipation
7. brief diarreah- only happened for a few hours.
8. some blood in yellow phlegm
9. fatigue.

now those are the symptoms i had and like i said i only got better after taking Levaquin, now the symptom that freaked me out the most was the fact that it seemed like it went away because the fever stopped then later in the day it would come back most of the fever was around 102-104. please just give me ur best guesses im curious as to what i had.

PS here is what i know i Didnt have because the doctors ruled it out- enterovirus, flu, mycoplasma infection, pneumonia, strep throat
other symptoms--
1. irritability and temper swings
2. night sweats
3. chills
