So I was using tetracycline for awhile and then my doctor said I should stop taking it correct after I got a refill. So now I have all these left over pills, 60 to be exact.. I don't know any other use for them or any other reason to keep them, but it seems so wasteful just to throw them out. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks!

500mg cap ivax.

Its a noble gesture, but because you could have tampered with them (or exposed them to heat, etc, etc) they can't be put to use....

Your best bet is to give them to the pharmacist where you bought them to have them safely disposed of, or to call the city and see where you should dispose of hazardous waste.... thats what they are considered - you don't want to put that sort of object in a landfill or the water provide....

Simply take them back to the Pharmacy.

Take them back to a pharmacy for safe disposal.
