I heard it was good for you to eat probiotic yogurt if you are taking antibiotics. Does anyone know whether this is true? I also heard myths approximately it being good to take multi vitamins while on antibiotics but I also heard myths approximately that being bad. My leading question is just about the probiotic yogurt with the antibiotics, but whether you know anything approximately taking multi vitamins as well, please let me know as well! Thank you guys )

Certain is. Probiotic yogurts help replenish that good bacteria that is killed while taking antiobiotics.

it depends on the antibiotic. do Not eat yogurt if you're on an antibiotic that doesn't allow you to eat dairy.... but yes. the main reason for this is because you have a lot of helpful bacteria in your system that can get killed off by the antibiotics causing digestive problems and yeast infections (or whether you're a guy, a coated tongue). even my doctors have recommended that i at least take acidophilus (the leading bacteria in yogurt) while on them. i don't know approximately the multivitamins though. some antibiotics say to avoid iron supplements, and iron is included in a lot of multivitamins
