Medications that people treat flu and colds with generally are for the symptoms. Fever, aches, stuffy nose, Gi symptoms. Each symptom has lots of meds that can be used to alleviate it. There is no One medication, unless you are discussing the anti-virals that a doctor can prescribe, such as Tamiflu.
Calcium is not a medication per se, it is a mineral, and it is not vitamin E that works with the calcium, it is vitamin D. Iron pills are called ferrous (note correct spelling) sulfate is a sentence that is nonsensical, there is no disease specified, you have just given the name of the mineral, in its consumable form.
