physiologic mechanism of erection of the penis involves release of nitric oxide (no) in the corpus cavernosum during sexual stimulation. No then activates the enzyme guanylate cyclase, which results in increased levels of cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cgmp), producing smooth muscle relaxation in the corpus cavernosum and allowing influx of blood.

Viagra works by filling the penis with bloodflow to the max, and then cutting off this flow of blood, trapping it into the engorged penis

Behind your penis (in your pelvis area) is a muscle that can be strengthened... check this out:

Shane, Whether you Read more and ranted less you would already know the answer. Viagra works by Amplyfing the effect of the enzyme release. That in turn allows greater vasodialation, and an erection. That is why you have to be turned on for the drug to work. The supposed gain in smooth muscle tissue is probably incidental. Viagra studies involved a lot of men that had No sexual activity for numerous years prior to the release of Viagra. Just like Any disused muscle they will atrophy. With increased use, they will grow to accomodate the new demands being placed on them. If you don't like the answers you're gettinghere, do Your Own research, that way you can come to your own conclusions which is what you seems to want besides.
