Pain during ejactulation, and hurting urinating after masturbation?

Uhm how can i put this.
I receive a strong burning pain when I ejactulate, and even so after i'm calmed and relaxed.
So i go to the bathroom, because i normally have to pee, and it hurts so poor I can barely keep my eyes open.
The hurting from urination and ejactulation are different.
urination is a, gentle hurting.
ejactulation feels stronger and more, deeper into my testicles.
I've went to my docter, and he prescribed me Zithromax, Cipro, and Doxcycline. Neither of the 3 works
i'm currently doing as he said, and waiting 5 days after my first prescription of zithromax, and then refill and repeat the prescription.
but in all honestly its not working.
And I wanted to know whether anyone have any idea what I could possibly have.
I had sex with one girl, multiple times. And she hasnt been checked, and im trying to get checked.
But does anyone have any ideas?

I don't know what those meds are for but it sounds like a urinary tract infection. Either way this will help you I promise, drink Lots of cranberry juice. Its high acids help flush out any bad stuff like bacteria. Whether you think its a urinary infection walgreens and other pharmacys sell these strips you pee on and it tells you whether its a urinary infection. Whether its not that then its a std. These matters will take a little time to heal and get rid of. Be patient and trust your doctor, theres no miracle pills that cure you over night. They do make a pain pill for it though called Azo and they sell a generic at walgreens even, it'll help with the pain. Be forewarned its Amazing but it will turn your pee orange or blue depending on brand so don't be alarmed there. Hope i've helped. Good luck.

Give the medication awhile longer to work and then if you still see no improvement, talk to the physician about it again. Sometimes it takes awhile to see improvement. If you can't get any relief from this physician after a fair time, go to see another one.
