i am diabetic may be because of that i have, partial erectile dysfuction,i used to take sidenafil,it used to give me solid headaches,i changed to tadalafil tablets,it works very fine on me,no side effects,have erection for approximately 2 3 days,i am happy,i have a doubt whether it will have any bad effects on my health when used regularly,can u tell how often it can be consumed,or its perfectly safe

If you have not reached the age of 50 never use any medicine,tablets for erection. Natural is natural.
After 50 of the age only refer to expert sex doctor and under his advice go for any medicine or tonic.
Currently the medicine you are taking may have adverse effect after a long time as I beleive.
