I am 21 yr old female. end of may i had this flu like symptoms and i didnt go to doctor, instead i took tynelol and motrin randomly. Then i got better for about after 2 weeks i came back from work with 102 degree fever and this time i went to dr. and he prescribed me cough syrup and plus i took motrin and tynelol (not together). again after 1 or 2 weeks ( july 9th) i called out because i had diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, dizziness. On july 11th, i went to Er with dehydration and that time my symptoms were lightheadedness, dizziness, N/V. Er physician diagnosed me with viral gastroenteritis. Also, i had blood work and urinalysis done and it was completely normal. Since I didnt felt better at all. I was on diet in which i cant eat anything spicy, too hot, caffeine, dairy products. After then i went to my regural doc.twice and he had me done blood test and urine test, Ct scan, stool test. and everything was normal. So, this time my doctor gave me flagyl and cipro. he said we can do endoscopy and colonoscopy but since i dont have insurance I cant even go to Gi specialist or neither i can do anything approximately it.
I am extremely worried and my college is starting soon and i am nursing student so they wont even allow me on clinicals. I feel so helpless. Someone who is in medical field plz help me out.I have no clue what should i do.

This sounds really serious and should not wait too long to have it looked at. Find out whether you can get medical insurance through school. I'm not certain what it covers, but it would probably be a good idea to talk to the college nurse and see what she says. She might even have some suggestions of places where you can go for free or low cost medical services. Please do not wait, you might be putting your health at risk if you do not treat this quickly. Have you applied for Medicaid? You may be able to get free health care. It is Really tough to diagnose over the internet. You could try going to a free clinic. I do think you should look into getting yourself some help. It sounds like Ibs to me from what I can tell.
