Is there a difference between Cialis for daily use and 36-hour Cialis?

I know daily use is 5mg and 36-hour is 20mg - do four daily use pills equal one 36-hour pill or are they different in another way (besides the size of the dosage)?
Also, are 20mg pills four times as expensive as 5mg? (i ask as I can chop up the pills myself...I have a feeling the 5mg pills cost more than 1/4 of the 20mg pills...but thought I'd check )

just dosage, no other differences, and why does this retired lady know this? because that is exactly what my husband does. he buys the 20mg pills and splits them in 4 pieces creating the daily pills, and yes they do work and they have helped our bedroom woopie time a lot.
as far as cost goes, I know when he bought them at the native Walgreens the prices were too high, so now he buys the 20mg online (like I said above) and splits them in 4 and takes a quarter daily. while I am not certain of the price I do know that buying online is lots cheaper and we buy this and other meds from the store at The-med-store.com. including my thyroid medicine. hope this was helpful
