Unusual abdominal symptoms?

For awhile I've been having unusual abdominal symptoms. They are now...
Off and on sharp and stabbing abdominal pain approach the bottom center sometimes going into my back and pelvis. Nausea to the point where I have to run like I'm going to throw up but never can. Heartburn with chest pains. Spitting up acid. Tons of saliva in my mouth. Bowel movements daily but hard and green and has slime on it. I'm on prevacid and bethanechol for it. Zofran. Maalox. Ultram. And dicyclomine as needed. Yet I still keep having symptoms! It's getting bad again.
I'm not supposed to go to the er unless the hurting is on my right. History of ovarain cysts and gastroparesis and acid reflux. Doctors are puzzled. Had colonoscopy and endoscopy turn out fine. Anyone been there??

Sounds like it's time to change doctors. I don't know where you're located but I would find the closest, best university medical center that's available and find a gastro and/or gyno specialist there. Whether you can, get a recommendation from someone who knows the quality of the physicians.
It sounds as whether you need a Cat scan of the area to see what, if anything, is going on in the lower abdominal area that the colonoscopy and endoscopy didn't find.
