My e-mail is sending out messages to my entire contact list with wierd attachments from Viagra?

I know numerous have received them and am not sure if my e-mail has a virus? Do I need to switch accounts or start a new e-mail on another website? I am not certain what to do?

Change your password immediately. This is an indication that your account is being hacked. Also install on your computer with an updated antivirus, anti-keylogger or anti-spyware software.
