I am 15 years old and have been told I have chronic hurting in my lower back and lower neck. I have tried prescribed chronic pain pills and other medication but all has had no effect. So, With Parents Consent And Signature, am I qualified for a medical marijuana card? Please no opinions. Please nothing approximately any other medication. Tried it. Thanks.

Marijuana will only gain your back pain, does not help it at all, you will be wanting the high to be over and just waiting for it to end thats saying if you suffer from back hurting that is chronic and always at least on the pain scale of 6 and up, you will suffer more. Marijuana will help whether you have a headache, it will help fast like a break through med since effects will peak within 1-5 minutes, Marijuana will help, not just help with headaches and nausea but eliminate the problem with nausea and belly pains and like above like a break through medication I suffer from severe back hurting and neck hurting from a broken neck in the past and a list of issues with my lower back, age 27. If I were to use cannabis I would be in really severe hurting and doctors and scientist working on why this is occurring, by no means I am saying I am against hashish, I have my medical card and everything but whether you search you will see that numerous others suffer the same to the point where the quit because they cannot bear the hurting and it is worthless at that point. I take heavy narcotic drugs, breakthrough hurting and time release throughout the day so I am very opiate tolerant, with the combo of these of using cannabis while being on opiates I can enjoy it greatly but I am just telling you that some swear by it saying it helps with there back pain but if you do the research and find out the ones that say this, a lot are already on opiate medications and or the back pain they have is not so severe that they don't receive effected by this. Many variables and these studies are not published for a couple reasons, 1) because it is Marijuana and they don't want there reputation destroyed since they are coming out to the public as being proactive 2) fine line of being somewhat legal as it is already, being Ca and without your card you just receive a ticket for 300 dollars vs a drink charge is jail and several thousand dollars so yes it is legal in a way but that being a very fine line. Another reason which most will not confess since most of these doctors and researchers use the drug themselves see this negative side of it and it is unknown and really we won't know the effects for years to come and did I say, it is unknown why some have this hurting issue and anxiety which comes to users after numerous years or just 2-3 years and the users just shrug there shoulders and say they are having a bad day and or blaming it on other things. researchers and doctors do not want to write approximately it because 1 (unknown) 2 (it can be a major setback and push legalizing back to being very illegal so they just stay hush hush approximately it since A lot of other legal drugs cause the same or worse problems. Observations I have made once I did my research and found out that others seem just start getting into it, Mit student and a lot of studies and research is done here as experiments that are not funded by state nor federal and I explained some of the reasons above coming from the researchers themselves. I had published something or just wrote about it on forums here and had a lot of negative feedback from other students saying I was against it which is far from it but it got the attention of the researchers that were working on it so I was able to receive into this circle and and learned Alot because of this and still active with them as a researcher now myself with them and patient since we were on the same wavelength which they don't find too often I completely agree with as well. hey whether it helps you go for it, i have nothing against it.. anything it opens ones minds to much more potential and that is a fact in it self I forgot to list. Really this is what we are really doing to help it go forward. Yes you are qualified especially since you have been taking meds for your condition and that is more then enough to receive qualified at least it is here in Ca where I am from, grew up and family here and intend to come back too, so much nicer here.
