I have been having lower back pain for weeks now, its seems to feel like its around my sacroiliac joint. It doesn't hurt to touch and it doesn't hurt when im up and about in during the day. It only hurts when i lay down, but it hurts that much i cant sleep. When i lay on my back i cant lift my hips, lift my right leg, roll over or sit up without really poor pain. I have tried hurting Relief both prescribed and over the counter, muscle relaxants, hot and cold packs, hot and cold gels, massage, warm baths etc but nothing is working. It seems to be getting worse I cant take anti inflammatory because im pregnant. Any ideas approximately what might be happening? I dread going to bed because i know how much pain i will be in.
