Around the middle of june i was having symptons of itching,ordor and a lot of discharge.So i went to the physician and come to find out i had Bv Vaginosis they doctor gave me Metronidazole to take twice a day.And they were the worst tasting pills ever!After a week had went by my symptons had dissappeared.A couple of days later my physician called me to tell me that i had caught chlamydia,from my most recent partner.My ex bf.Of course he denied it and claim he caught it from me,which isnt true.So the physician gave me Zithromax,two red pills that i took on one single dose.I was wondering whether zithromax is a100 effective?One of the side effects is diarrhea,which i had the first couple of days does that intend that it is working?

No antibiotic is 100 effective. It Is very effective against chlamydia.
