whether you are prescribed kolopin and take valium with they both show up on a drug screen or just as benzos?

I have to take drug screens every week or so and i am prescribed kolopin but if i was to take a valium would it show up too or just as benzos? its a mouth swab test?
they just swab your mouth and then they send it to a lab to show up as opiats benzos thc ect. but i wondered if they receive detailed on what benzos

don't they need to take your blood? I think they do a blood test and they can tell what type of medicine is in your bloodstream. i am not certain though
