lately i have been using a few different pharmacies to see which location i can get cheaper drugs at. Is this ok to do? I dont want to get in problem with the law. do the substances have to be narcotics in order to receive you into problem? Its not against the law to shop for cheap drugs correct?

no, as long as your not say getting pescription pain medications at a bunch of different pharmacies prescribed by different doctors. that would be different. but whether your just looking to save money youre fine

Easiest way to do it is to call up the pharmacy and tell them what your prescription would be if filled there and ask how much it is for generic whether it can be substituted or for brand name.

You are fine to shop around for your prescription bc who wants to pay a lot of money?

Not illegal at all. As you point out, sure drugs may garner some negative attention but as long as the script is legit and is being followed by the pharmacies, no law is being broken.

But you don't have to switch pharmacies just to price shop. Just show the pharmacist your script and he can tell you precisely how much his pharmacy will charge for it.
