Does Cyclobenzaprine thin the blood?

One doctor prescribed a muscle relaxant, Cyclobenzaprine (generic for Flexeril), for a pinched nerve in my neck....but I am having surgery next week (un-related) and they told me no pain killers, only tylenol.
Is the muscle relaxer still Ok to take?

No, it won't thin your blood and should be fine to take. I was given Flexeril for some nerve and disc problems in my back and I hate that medication. It never helped with the pain, only made me extremely sleepy (even taking
