I am 220lbs and trying to lose weight. My doctor prescribed me Phentermine 15mg to take once a day for 30 days. She prescribed it to me over a year ago and I missing 22lbs. This time, I've taken it for 3 days and It feels as though nothings happening. It hasn't curved my appetite or anything like it did in the past. Is it safe to take two pills at a time?

No, really don't do that.

Never self medicate yourself. Whether your Doctor prescribed 15 mg, take 1 mg. Medicines don't always work instantaneously, and it might take even up to a few weeks for you to begin noticing changes. Also, Phetermine has a risk of dependency, so I wouldn't propose over-medicating. Along with dependency, Phentermine has side effects like tachycardia, tremors, diarrhea, and valvular heart disease, all of which could become more apparent, or elevate the risk of getting these symptoms, whether you take more than the prescribed dose.

If you feel it isn't working, don't take more than the prescribed dose before consulting your physician, he/she will give you an accurate clinical answer based on your medical history

I know you shouldnt and I wouldnt reccomend it because it can cause numerous health issues, but to be sincere I doubled my dosage a few times when I was taking them and nothing happened.
