What could this be urinary infection, kidney?

When i go to urinate I have bad pressure and the stream of urine isn't very strong, im also experiencing sharp like pains in my sides and lower back area. Im on Cipro which is an antibiotic and it hasn't seemed to do much besides stoping the slight burning i had when i go, i also feel as whether i cant receive all the urine out sometimes.

may be a stone...kidney or bladder they suck, had one last year with my uti and same probs as u. the infection would cause burning and pain in kidneys whether infection traveled up there but the not being able to empty the bladder normally generally means blockage and a stone would cause this plus hurting too.can have stones anywhere from kidney to ur bladder they travel and may pass in time but doc can see from urin pattern
