i dk, but what i know is that any steroids or supplements that are out there are waste of time, money and its not good. go to a gym, eat healthy, eat protein and carbs to make the body you want and to feel much better than pay for steroids just to gain muscle. later you will realize that you made a big mistake. also your muscles will become fat whether you stop. and i don't think that is good. so take the difficult but effective way, be patient and you will accomplish what you want!!!
you really should not even consider steroids, particularly whether you are just starting to work out. the first few years of lifting, you will experience astronomical gains. steroids, especially oral, run many risks, including liver disease. steroid possession may also be considered a felony in numerous cases.
stay absent from the pills, they pass through your liver twice unlike injectables but stay absent from them to not because they may be dangerous but because you most likely don't really know how to eat and train to really pack on the mass.
I recommend a beginner powerlifting routine and some big eating (no junk calories) there is nothing wrong with protein shakes and a good creatine supplement (taken on an empty belly to properly absorb) and you will see some decent gains. Asking questions on dosages and possible side effects shows how little knowledge you have on them so you should honestly stay away from them or you can mess yourself up pretty good.
No they are not safe, other wise you would be able to buy them from the supermarket!
