i take tetracycline for acne. what can i use to just wash my face?

I was using max clarity and that was my face wash. and it stopped working so the doctor gave me the pills to lucid up my acne i was wundering what i can wash my face with. i dont want it to try to help my acne or anything. i just want something to clean my face that is nice and gentle and wont make it oily or dry. anyone have any ideas?
