I think the hurting in my knee has occurred because of my preceding job, but I don't know what the problem Is. I could go to a physician, but I don't just run to the dr. for every little object. I worked a minimum wage job that required me to be on my knees a lot, I never thought to buy any knee pads until the last couple of weeks. My left knee is frequently in pain. The muscle on the back side of my knee, nearly feels like it's swollen. I notice it when I walk alot, or if I'm in a flexed/cramped position, i.e; sitting in the back seat of a car. Is there a certain name for this? It's a muscle that's probably causing the hurting, correct? I have some leftover muscle hurting relief/relaxants from when I pulled a back muscle, I'm about to see if those do any good. Any similar stories/ideas of what this is? Thanks!
