I was diagnosed with Acute Bronchitis last Monday. My doctor prescribed me Zithromax. He told me that I should take 2 1/2 tsp that day; 1 1/4 tsp for four more days.
Although, I just realized today that I've been taking the wrong dosages. I was looking at the milliliters ml side rather than the teaspoon tsp side. What do I do now?
I'm now taking the correct dosage. But will my bronchitis heal if I start taking the correct dosages now?
Edit: I was prescribed 6/28. I know I'm okay. I just need to know whether my bronchitis will go away if I start taking the correct dosages today. 7/2 and I've been taking 2 1/2 ml on the first day. 1 1/4 tuesday - thursday.
You don't say how numerous ml you were taking, but 5ml With that conversion you can do the math and see how far off you were. As for will your bronchitis go absent, no one can assure that with or without proper medication. Medicine is an art, not an exact science, but I will say that based on my experience and training that with the proper medication your bronchitis should go absent if not be controlled. I hope this helps.
