Not true at all - marijuana is a central nervous system depressant, so while it may make you feel loose and floaty, it does not act directly on your muscles the way a pharmaceutical muscle relaxant would. And even whether you did take a Soma or something before working out, it would probably cause you to lift Less weight, since your muscle functions would be lowered. Besides, do you really want to go lift weights right after you get high??? I can think of so numerous better things to do. p
