Ive been taking hydrocodone/vicodin far a year and a month approximately 3 or 4 a day and stopped bloodless turkey starting today. The final time I took one was 7pm final night and today was pretty rough. How long will this go on and whats the best way to deal with it. Youre advice is really appreciated

It depends (
That's actually not a whole lot.. so it should be over quite quickly.
The worst is generally over in a couple days.. but you'll still feel pretty yucky (cold sweats, chills, insomnia etc. for months. Some people never feel right again.. but a year isn't very long. You should try to get some Suboxone whether you can't quit cold turkey. It's very expensive and on;y certain doctors can prescribe it. www.suboxone.com It saved my life.
Good luck!
