Is tramacet extended release tramadol and aceteminophen?

Tramacet are 37.5mg of Tramadol and 325mg of acetaminophen.

http://bodyandhealth.canada.com/drug do my own mixture for pain. I take 50mg of Tranadol and 500mg of acetaminophen...It works great for chronic pain...

It's not Extended Release unless it is followed by the initials Er,EX,XR the most common is Xr, but steady Tramacet is not Xr
