Yes, you can take them both, but it would be best to wait about 2 hours after you take your celebrex to take the acetaminophen. I know it is easier to just take everything together, but it is better for your belly and liver to spread out your medications. I was prescribed celebrex 2 months ago for arthritis in my neck, and upon receiving the Rx, I clarified with my Dr. that I could take both. The reply was a lucid Yes. Hope you feel better soon!!
