hurting medication during pregnancy?

I am 5 months pregnant and I was wondering if there was anything other than tylenol I can take for pain. Tylenol does not seem to relieve Any of the hurting in my knees and back. I know most will say to ask my physician, but I have a lot of anxiety about it for some reason. I don't want to look like well...you know. I, just unlike most, don't have a job where I can sit..I have to stand and run around on my feet 8 hrs a day and it definately gets tough on you.
Most of my questions would be approximately ultram, darvocet, and perhaps even lortab. Any answers would be greatly appreciated. And if I hear of any woman that did take it, then I will be asking my doc! Thanks everyone!
your physician can prescribe you something yes. you would have to talk to your Ob. my Ob won't give me anything my pregnancy is high risk. Good luck congrats. i'm 5 months also

you need to ask your physician. just because one womans physician said yes doesnt mean your physician will, so no technically you did not ask your doctor. he knows about your pregnancy and your health and your babies health we dont.
