Kind of like a drunk euphoria type feeling. It will give most people a headache and a little nausea. Tranadol is not really recreational. It can cause seizures, it lowers the seizure thresh hold. It is actually better in 50mg doses taken in 4-6 hour intervals. A large dose (150mg) can cause you to feel a little sick.
