Medication/pills to gain muscle size in arms?

hi, i have got quite small muscles on my arms atm, what can i do to increase them?
do protein shakes work? i do not want to physically be eating 200 grams of protein a day as this is a lot. Any other pills or supplements that can spur growth? should i start weight lifting to? and how long does all these processes take?

Of course you should lift weights! There are no magic pills that will put muscle size on you. Not even steroids make you big without having to lift weights.

Protein shakes, in and of themselves, will not increase the size of your muscles. Protein shakes are only to feed your body so that muscles can be built as you exercise, work, workout.
Hit the weights. Develop a weight program and have a diet developed that is optimal for your weight program and body.
