I used to take it. I missing 5 pounds in a month without changing my diet or sedentary due to sitting at a desk lifestyle. Eat meals without much in the way of fat. lol Eat lots of veggies and fresh fruit. Limit or eliminate fried foods, cheese, ice cream, et cetera and you could lose 10 pounds ( or double that) in a month whether you include exercise. Best of luck!
