Can you drink drink on your last day of a course of antibiotics?

Me and my friend are supposed to be going out next Thursday for a mates birthday and my friend wants to alcohol but the only problem is that she finishes her course of antibiotics on that day. Can she alcohol?

It depends entirely on which antibiotic she is taking. Many like the penicillins do not interact with alcohol at all anyway. Others such as metronidazole cause quite severe vomiting even with quite small amounts of drink.
