where can i find a chart of known microbes and what antibiotics they are susceptible too?

i need a chart of microbes and antibiotics they are susceptible too. usually done by disc diffusion tests, the kirby-bauer, or mueller hinton type tests. help?
antibiogram thats not really helpful i want a compendium of all known microbes and their antibiotics used to treat them.
