I did on two different occasions...one was when in was on a very high dose of seroquil and the other I was on geodon. Tho the geodon didn't really effect me that bad, it just made it hurt to c and I was rarley aroused as with the seroquil i was limp as a wet noodle...lol...you have to give it some time once you stop taking them.

give it time! your body neeeds to readjust. I was on seroquel and zyprexa and it took me a few weeks for my libido to return. I actually had more problems with ssri's and my libido. I stopped celexa and it took months for my libido to return. give it time and do matters like exercise, b-vitamins, zinc and you could try tribulus. these helped me bounce back from impotence and im certain they will help you too. also mirapex is a wonder drug for getting your libido back. but its a dopamine agonist whereas antipsychotics are dopamine antagonists so i am not certain if mirapex would be correct for you. also fish oil(omega-3) really helped get my sex drive back on track too! give them a try. but remember exercise will build your sex drive back up very quickly.

I never had any problems from taking antipsychotics, but I did from taking Fluoxetine Prozac, I have been off it for nearly a year and still can't get a tough on.

Its a side effect that may continue till the time you are on medications.

Medications such as Viagra and Sildenafil gain blood flow to the penis which enhances sexual performance.

Although these drugs can help to treat the problem, they have some adverse side effects which include headache, upset belly, flushing and vision problems and even cardiovascular problems.

More serious conditions such as low blood pressure and heart attacks may arise as a result of these side effects

A variety of herbs have been identified as having strong aphrodisiac properties along with the ability to improve sexual functioning and overall systemic health.

Herbs such as Epimedium grandiflorum, also known as Horny Goats Weed are natural sexual stimulators that encourage performance and testosterone production. Tribulus terristis contains aphrodisiac properties and also promotes muscle strength and prowess.

One of the most well known herbs, Eleutherococcus senticosis which is also known as Siberian ginseng, promotes male or yang' energy, aids circulation, supports natural vitality and also acts as an overall systemic supporter.

In addition, Smilax ornata (also known as Sarsaparilla) is used as a supportive tonic for male genital development while Kola vera combats fatigue and increases energy levels. Be sure to source your natural remedies from reputable companies to ensure maximum safety, efficacy and therapeutic dosage.
