Sinus infection: on antibiotics, developed chest tightness/pain?

I developed a sinus infection over the weekend. I was seen at the Dr on Monday, and started zithromax. I just took my third dose today. I've noticed that with even minimal exertion (i.e. climbing stairs), I get a painful tightness in my chest. Should I assume this is a mild exacerbation of the symptoms of the infection, and that the z-pak will take care of it, or call the doctor back?

Im currently suffering from the same object. I had a slight sinus infection, i took a unmarried dose (1day) Z-pack and my infection got worse. It has not improved even slightly. I nearly wish i never even took it. Im going back to my doc and i suggest you should probably do the same. Or just give it a few days first and see whether it resolves itself.
