What should I know approximately using Viagra? Will I still ejaculate when it is in my system?

I received a prescription from my physician for viagra, though I was unable to discuss it with him very thoroughly(long story). My biggest concern is whether I will still ejaculate and have a flow of semen or does that stop but I remain with erection. Can someone explain this or point me to a good website that will explain it?
Viagra shouldn't impact ejaculation. If you feel any side effects of it, you should consult your doctor such as an erection lasting more then 4 hours. Most people on Viagra have no negative side effects, and this is mainly why it became so big and successful (no pun intended).
