Im currently still struggling with weight gain, and it just wont go absent, I started eating properly and working out every day and somehow the weight i lost in the first 3 days came all back by day 8, I became more depressed about my weight, and continued another week and No change. I went from eating 1 meal in 24hrs to eating 4-5 small meals/snacks, Lots of veggies and white fish sometimes 2oz of chicken. I had my son 8 months ago almost, and At 7weeks post partum I went back on birth control, iud mirena the 18lbs I had lost after having my son, Came back within 1-2 months of having my Iud in and I also gained an extra 7lbs, I am depressed because I now weigh what i did at 9 1/2 months pregnant,. Im 5'4 and My Bmi is aproximately 36 So i am obese. Ive been looking at surgeries, Not that I really want to have this, However Ive been struggling with my weight since i was 13 and have always been overweight to obese. Im now approaching morbidly obese and getting very scared, and No i never over ate, yes ate wrong foods, But my trouble has always been eating Very little, I dont alcohol caffeine often, and I have a root beer once ina while. Since my son, I have massive migraines daily (not from him) and Hair loss, and weigh gain and no matter what ive done it Wont come off. Ive been thinking of going back on Medication for depression and possibly weight loss, Ive heard of myallie my doctor put me on Meridia Once 4yrs ago but i coudlnt afford it back then at least it was 150/month. And I think i perhaps lost 1lb on it. Which wasnt alot considering the price. Is anything out there that works?? Im looking for a good diet as well and work out to lose Fat not muscle, and Or any mediaction/ procedure that may help???
From what Ive seen you have a Bmi of 40 Or higher to qualify........Mines 36...

It says for one i found over the border Can be covered whether your physician will write some form for it out of country paper, But it says you have to have physical problems that interfere with Daily activities....

does depression, getting out of breath trying to carry matters, chaffed thighs from walking count? I have no idea, My tests always come back normal for thyroid, cholestral, ect....

ANYTHING or anyone done something Please help??
My physician has never said anything about my weight, and I appear to be more concerned the only thing he ever really said was try weight watchers, Said its the only thing that works I dont beleive this, and Im afraid the older i get the more health problems Ill end up with Im Only 24 yrs old, But I'd like to get this fixed before my son gets any older so I can run around and keep up with him when hes a toddler.

I learned recently that excess weight is not always thanks to excess fat, a load of extra weight is just mendacity around in your insides. I used a new diet supplement that is taking the country by storm, it flushes out your insides. I do not know how it does it, notwithstanding I know that I shed 17 lbs and four inches off of my waistline! There's a risk free trial at http://jiners.bigweightlossplan.info

Walk every day, stick to fruit, veg and fish.
Hate to sound cliche but there isnt a magic wand. Simple active lifestyle choices (im not talking daunting gym workouts) and swapping junk food for lighter, healthier options make the difference and get easier in time. It isnt a diet, it is a lifestyle.
