what you can you eat when taking Xenical tablets?g?

Anyone got any ideas for Breakfast Lunch Tea when taking the diet pill Xenical. Would appreciate some help...thanks

I presume you haven't taken one of them yet? You have to figure out if the food you are about to eat has fat in it and whether it has then you take a pill, whether it does not then you do not take a tablet, basically your body doesn't digest the fat and it goes in one end and out the other, around 15 minutes after you take the tablet but while you are taking these you cannot leave the house as you only have seconds to run to the toilet several times per day and the house will be stinking for weeks and you will have severe stomach pains while you are taking them and for a few weeks after you have finished them as it takes a few weeks for your belly to get used to them, you will be constantly hungry and want to eat a lot more than you currently do - I gained 5lbs during the 3 weeks I took them, Good Luck
