I found out my friend does drugs, what should I do?

Nowadays, my friend asked me to come over to his place, so I did. He told me to get used to the house a bit, so I decided to wander around looking at stuff. Nosy, I opened a cabinet and I saw anabolic steroids. I was shocked at how he had so much of the pill form of the 250's and the liquid form. Now I was not surprised why he had breasts I told him why is he using drugs, and I ran out of the house.
He's been my best friend for years, and I don't understand why he would be using these. What should I do now?
The best you can do is try asking why he was doing this. Did he want to get buff or something like that?
When you see him again, try acting normal like nothing happened.
Go somewhere and ask him in a calm way why did he need to do these steriods.
Tell him the risks of these drugs, try to tell him what he is doing to his body.
Especially whether hes your best friend. you dont want to lose him
If he still does, if you are close to his mum. tell her if you want if you think its correct.
You need to talk to him properly. Ask for an explanation. Give him a chance - that's what you would want. Whether he really is doing drugs - well that's awful. Do his parents know? I think you should inform at least your own parents - it's for his sake! Drugs can mess up your whole life. Don't let him receive sucked in.

You can tell someone whether you feel you need to but honestly in high school there are a lot of people who do all sorts of drugs. You just need to get used to it. I would probably tell someone and whether his mum already knows well you won't have to worry.
