I have been diagnosed with Dequervain's Tenosynovitis referred to Rhumatologist. The Celebrex Aleve don't.?

help the severe pain at all. Do you think this Dr I am seeing tomorrow will prescribe me real hurting medication? Thanks. I am in so much hurting I can't sleep at night. Wearing splint, taking Celebrex and Aleve, icing/heat over soreness and elevation. Nothing is helping the sever pain.

It is poor hurting, but it does get better with what you're doing now. Keep on with splint, icing and elevation. If you know cause of the problem (mine was using computer mouse), stop doing what causes pain for a few weeks at least. Good luck.
